Martin Waxman is a digital communications strategist who leads social media workshops and conducts AI research. He’s also a LinkedIn Learning instructor, president of a consultancy, and a member of the #AIinPR panel.

If you're expecting artificial intelligence to arrive with fanfare, you're looking at it the wrong way. Because AI isn't coming. It's here. Whether it's recommendations from Netflix, search results, deepfake videos, customer service chatbots, or synthetic media, we're interacting with AI on a daily basis. But AI is also overhyped and doesn't always deliver on its promises. In this presentation, Martin will explore what AI is and does and how to use the new technologies to build relationships with customers and enhance the way you do business.
