  • Consumer Purchasing Behaviour Insights: Join us for a presentation by David Kaelin of OpenBrand (formerly TraQline) which will provide insights into consumer purchasing behaviour and key industry trends. • Keynote from Retail Professional: Retail professionals, who are experiencing the changes in consumer behaviour first-hand, will share their unique insights and strategies. Learn directly from those on the front lines about how they are adapting to and anticipating the evolving expectations of today's consumers. On hand to share his unique insights and strategies will be Sumit Luthra, recently appointed President of Grand & Toy.
