Gerry Lubanszky is the President of Goto Market Solutions, a leader in New Business Development in the consumer goods industry in Canada. He is a lifelong student of the art of sales and the science of marketing and the harmonious blending of the two in this dynamic world of market analytics. With over thirty years within the CPG industry in Canada in several senior roles, Gerry has a reputation as a transformational leader with an outstanding track record of successfully launching exciting new consumer products with all of Canada's major retailers, wholesalers and industrial distributors for many years. Building on this experience, Gerry has been training and mentoring both executives and undergraduate business students alike for the past ten years on evolving best practices in agile sales and marketing strategies & techniques. He recently became a certified executive and business performance coach. He has an affinity for translating business segment strategies into storytelling roadmaps and initiatives used in consulting leaders and their teams implementing successful go-to-market strategic plans.
Michael Scida is the Vice President, Retail Business Development, for Environics Analytics, a company providing analytics, customer insights, location intelligence and data services. With over 18 years of experience in retail, gaming, real estate, marketing, financial services, analytics, customer insights and geodemography, Michael brings his passion for combining technical and analytic expertise to deliver data-driven insights in support of strategic objectives. His expertise lies in leveraging omnichannel opportunities to help retail, restaurant and gaming clients find the best location opportunities and to develop the optimum media mix in reaching targeted consumers for future growth.
Sophie Marai is a Senior Director Account Management for Environics Analytics. She brings 15 years of strategic retail leadership to support developing marketing leading initiatives. Her passion for problem solving has resulted in her leading initiatives across multiple areas of retail and CPG, focused on customer strategy, assortment optimization, store format development and marketing. Sophie specializes in market gap analysis, customer growth development and problem solving for End-to-End growth management.
Elio Tremonti is a recognized leader in the retail and ecommerce space with over 20 years of executive experience. After developing a $125+ million dollar drop ship program for a Fortune 100 company, he is now sharing his knowledge with retailers, merchants, vendors and brands. Elio previously served as VP of Ecommerce Merchandising at Staples, where he lead one of Canada's largest online/omni-channel retailers. After Staples, he shifted gears to experience Sales ta a SaaS startup, joining as an Enterprise Account Executive, and migrating to Customer Success Management.
