COPA is excited to announce our 2019 Industry Day. This year promises to be an exciting fun event. There will be a golf option available as well as a spa option. The golf day promises to be like no other tournament, with something for the avid golfer as well as for those who just enjoy a fun day out on the greens!! Don't shy away from registering!!! And for those of you who would rather have a day of relaxation with a client, we also have the spa available to you.

With your registration, you will receive the following:
Golfer
Full breakfast before tee-off
Green Fee's & Power Carts
Hot Dog or Hamburger on the course (veggie options available)
Golfer Prize
Mix-and-Mingle Cocktail Reception to follow golf (cash bar)
$10.00 donation to Children's Aid Society
$20.00 Passport (this amount will be donated to COPA Scholarship Fund). The passport will give you access to 2 Hole-in-One contests, 2 Closest to the Pin (Men's & Ladies on one hole, not gendered on second hole), Landing on the Green prize (1 hole), Beat the Pro Contest. And many more.......

Spa Option
Full breakfast with golfers at the course
Shuttle to the Country Club
Gift Certificate towards your lunch at the Country Club
Manicure, Pedicure & 45 Minute Massage OR 30 Minute Facial
Access to the pool (indoor and outdoor if open), walk on tennis, aerobics classes, spa locker room with sauna and whirlpool
Shuttle back to the course to join the golfers in a Mix-and-Mingle Cocktail Reception (cash bar)
$10.00 donation to Children's Aid Society

As always we do have sponsorship opportunities. This year we are thrilled to have Triple Bogey sponsoring one hole. Other Sponsorship Opportunities are:

SOLD - Ice Cream Sponsorship $1,500 +HST
This provides you the opportunity to stand on 1 hole with your company banner. You will be able to meet every golfer and introduce yourself. We will provide signage on the hole, plus your logo on all pre and post event communication. And the best part is you will be giving each player a bar of ice cream (choices available).

SOLD - Lunch Sponsor $2,000 + HST
We will provide each golfer with a lunch ticket, branded with your company logo. Your company logo will be on all pre and post event communication.

Hole Sponsor $200 + HST
Sponsor a hole and your company name and logo will be on the sign at the designated hole. To add some fun, bring a prize (value of $100 minimum) and we will designate your hole a competition hole.

Poker Sponsors (5 sponsorships available - 2 sponsors remaining)
To add some more fun to the event, we are looking for 5 sponsors to facilitate a poker game. These sponsors will provide the tournament with enough of one item for each golfer (hair dryers, caulking gun, small electronic, etc.). At registration and 4 designated holes, each player will receive the prize you have donated and be able to draw a card. Once back at the course, we will determine our best poker hand to give the winner a prize.

Silent Auction
As always there will be a silent auction. The silent auction is a big portion of the funds raised for our Scholarship Fund. Your donations are always appreciated. If you can donate please contact Nicole Gamble at ngamble@copa.ca. Please advise what you will be donating, the retail value and when delivery will be. Items that are always successful are: Small appliances, electronics, sports tickets, experiences
